• Check-in 3pm - 9pm
• Check-out until noon
  
• No Smoking inside the house
  
• Pets are not allowed
  
• Parties and any kind of events without prior permission are prohibited
• Night's rest 11pm until 7am
• The main guest must be at least 25 years old
