House Rules:
- Check-in 3pm - 10pm
- Check-out until noon
- Free Wifi&Parking
- No Smoking in the house
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and any kind of events without prior permission are prohibited
- Only the booked number of guest are allowed for the overnights
- Night's rest 11pm until 7am
- The main guest must be at least 25 years old
Additional charges:
- 200.- USD/night additional charge for disregard the non smoking rule
- 100.- USD/night additional charge for disregard the no pet rule
- 50.- USD additional charge for unauthorized late check-out
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation until 14 days before arrival date.
- After the free cancellation period the full amount will be charged
- Violations of the house rules will result in eviction from the apartment. Costs for damages must be paid immediately, including the fees listed under additional charges.
Payment:
- We accept Mpesa, Paypal and Debit/Credit Card payments
- The full amount of the booking needs to be paid prior to the check-in
Mpesa:
- Choose the payment method "invoice":
- The registered name from your Mpesa account must match your name in the booking.
- The amount in KES and the payment details will be sent with your invoice.
- Current exchange rate from the booking date applies (USD/KES)
Debit/Credit Card or PayPal:
- Choose the payment method "PayPal/Credit Card"
